Apartment Wasserfall with 56 square meters is our newest apartment, it was completely renovated in May 2020 and is suitable for 2 - 4 people, this apartment has a completely new shower room with a walk-in shower. There is also a wonderful, large south-facing balcony with a view of the forest and meadows.

The kitchen-living room is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, you will also find a dining area with seating for four people, large sofa bed, flat-screen satellite TV, radio, 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher.

In view of the situation, we have changed our cancellation conditions and terms and conditions until further notice.

Guests can cancel free of charge up to the day before arrival if our area is closed or an official ban on tourist rental is issued.

Please do not travel if you do not feel healthy, take out travel cancellation insurance.

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before their arrival if a change in the booking is unreasonable for them. This applies as long as the risk situation is classified as "high" by the Robert Koch Institute. As long as these warnings persist, guests of holiday accommodation are expected to have an extraordinary right of termination.

Please do not consider neither you as a guest nor we as the host are at fault in this case and according to the principles of the discontinuation of the business basis or in good faith, we would have a right to amend the contract in this case. We do without that and trust in our guests.

No costs will be reimbursed for unsuccessful arrival or early return costs.

Down payments are not applicable until further notice, the entire rental price must be transferred to our account 5 days before arrival.

Our sauna will remain closed until further notice.

Since we currently have an increased need for cleaning with disinfection of the entire apartment, we can only rent our holiday apartments on a weekly basis until further notice. Short overnight stays are only possible by individual arrangement. Please give us a call or send us an email.
